Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Operator to join a manufacturing facility in a packaging role. The position focuses on operating filling and labeling equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining logs. Ability to read SOPs in English and lift up to 50 lbs is required.

You will train on integration with the production team, support quality checks, and help with continuous improvement efforts, with potential growth in the department.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing and/or warehousing experience.
• Ability to read and understand standard operating procedures in English.
• Basic math skills for equipment adjustments and product counts.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic filling and labeling equipment.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$20.50 per hour

Shift:

3pm - 11:30pm
