Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Usher in Broken Arrow, OK. You will assist guests with seating and information, maintain your post, and monitor areas for spills or safety issues to ensure a smooth event experience.

Responsibilities include handling guest complaints per policy, supporting wheelchair access if needed, and performing additional duties as assigned. Flexible hours may include weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year prior experience in a customer service position preferred.

About The Role

Position is required to assist patrons with their customer service needs while attending a public of private event.
