Job summary

Axiom Space seeks an energetic EVA Principal Systems Engineer to lead major testing campaigns for the AxEVA System located onsite in Webster, Texas. You will oversee end-to-end systems engineering for EVA tools and related equipment, driving verification, validation, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• ABET‑accredited engineering degree preferred.
• Experience range varies by level (II–VII) per posting.
• Strong ownership, planning, and verification/validation focus.
• Ability to coordinate V&V plans across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead major testing campaigns for AxEVA System.
• Define and maintain verification and validation activities.
• Coordinate V&V plans, procedures, and schedules across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with system and subsystem engineers and customers for planning and execution.
• Communicate progress and issues to SE&I management.
