Job summary

Aerodyne Industries is seeking a Project Engineer for the EVA Remote Observation Camera to join the JETS II contract. You will provide design and test support, develop procedures, and verify flight hardware while working with a collaborative, cross-functional team on NASA-related space exploration projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, documentation, and troubleshooting within a dynamic environment; prior space hardware experience is a plus. Onsite work in Houston is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Ability to work autonomously when required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and test support for the EVA Remote Observation Camera project.
• Develop test procedures and verification/validation processes.
• Perform testing and verification of flight hardware.
• Maintain baseline test configurations and document changes.
• Generate TPS, DR, and DTP paperwork as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers and technicians to troubleshoot hardware.
