Responsibilities

• Lead warranty management process compliance per CQI-14 and customer requirements.
• Audit and support initiatives for CQI-14 compliance and continuous improvement.
• Review customer requirements during pre-launch and disseminate to the team.
• Monitor warranty data and performance metrics to identify root causes.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Maintain warranty scorecards and report findings to customers.
