Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager to connect software, systems engineering, validation, and vehicle integration teams for EV programs. You will own test assets, drive testing activities, identify risks, and ensure alignment to milestones across development, manufacturing readiness, and launch phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience coordinating multiple engineering teams for vehicle integration and validation.
• Understanding of vehicle functions and how subsystems interact.
• Experience operating in Agile development environments and managing testing activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience tracking defects, dependencies, and milestone completion.
• Background supporting OEM vehicle integration or testing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own vehicle integration and validation activities across multiple engineering organizations.
• Coordinate software, systems, validation, and vehicle integration teams to achieve program milestones.
• Manage vehicle test assets and testing activities.
• Track program readiness, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Drive issue identification, escalation, and resolution across teams.
• Monitor progress against vehicle development and release schedules.
• Facilitate communication between software, systems engineering, validation, manufacturing, and leadership teams.
• Support programs throughout the vehicle lifecycle, including pre-manufacturing, vehicle testing, launch readiness, and post-manufacturing support.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and communicate program status to stakeholders.
