Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Systems Engineering or related field.
• 7-10 years OEM or Tier1 automotive industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle EE architecture and ECU software stacks.
• Expertise in CAN/LIN/FlexRay/Automotive Ethernet, A2B, LVDS.
• Proficiency with UDS/ISO 14229 and diagnostics tools.
• MATLAB/Simulink for plant/control models.
• Experience with HIL systems (dSPACE ControlDesk, AutomationDesk).
• Familiar with Vector CANoe/CANalyzer; ETAS LABCAR; NI VeriStand; Git/SVN/PTC/ALM/JIRA.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 ASIL, requirements engineering and traceability.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage integration milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead EE/SW integration across prototype to production builds.
• Coordinate ECUs, networks, and embedded software releases.
• Oversee bootloader, flashing, OTA/UDS processes and version control.
• Ensure integration readiness and milestone gating.
• Drive test planning for calibration, validation, and vehicle tests.
• Collaborate with software, systems, calibration, validation, and suppliers.
