Prestige Fleet Services is expanding into Rivian electric vehicle service and support, seeking a skilled technician with a strong diesel and automotive background ready to transition to EV technology. The role focuses on servicing Rivian fleet vehicles with emphasis on safety, precision, and continuous learning, in a mobile/outdoor work setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in diesel/auto repair, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

3+ years of diesel and/or automotive repair experience.
Basic to intermediate electrical knowledge.
Safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
Must supply own tools and have valid driver’s license.
Rivian EV certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair Rivian electric vehicles and systems.
Perform high-voltage system diagnostics and repairs (battery systems, inverters, drive units).
Follow Rivian and EV safety protocols including PPE and lockout/tagout.
Perform traditional mechanical repairs when applicable (suspension, brakes, HVAC).
Complete preventive maintenance and inspections for EV fleets.
Document repairs and diagnostics accurately; manage mobile service inventory.
