Qualifications

• 1 year auto technician experience required.
• Hands-on experience with diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and electrical systems; EV or Tesla exposure preferred.
• Ability to safely work with high-voltage systems using PPE and procedures.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic software and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues.
• Attention to detail for inspecting vehicles and completing repair orders accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork to collaborate with service advisors and customers.
• On-site full-time work, with ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Relevant certifications (ASE or EV-specific) and prior EV service center experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on Tesla vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles, document findings, and complete work orders per safety standards and manuals.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and maintain organized workspace.
• Assist with parts ordering and inventory management; follow safety protocols and contribute to process improvements.
