Job summary

Easterns Automotive Group in Sterling, VA is seeking an Automotive EV Technician to diagnose, service, repair and inspect EVs, BEVs, hybrids, and advanced vehicles as part of a high‑volume shop. You will use diagnostic tools and testing equipment and stay current with evolving EV technology.

Experience with Tesla or EVs is valued; ASE certifications are a plus. We offer competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package for full‑time team members.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing EVs, hybrids, and traditional vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities for electrical systems.
• Familiarity with high-voltage safety and procedures.
• Ability to read service information and use diagnostic software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Tesla, EV, hybrid, and gasoline vehicles.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, charging, and drivability issues.
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs with quality workmanship.
• Use diagnostic software and testing equipment to identify concerns.
• Document diagnoses and repairs clearly and accurately.
