Job summary

Karsten Auto in Mesa is seeking a fourth technician to join our used Tesla dealership team. You'll diagnose and repair vehicles before they hit the line, covering suspension, brakes, tires, HVAC, and electrical systems, with a thorough 32-point inspection on every unit.

No Tesla experience required—we'll teach you the EV side, including high-voltage systems and battery health testing. Most of our techs started on gas, and we offer comprehensive tooling so you never buy a tool yourself.

Qualifications

• No Tesla experience required.
• Ability to diagnose and fix a car; EV training will be provided.
• Most technicians started in gas vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair cars before they hit the line.
• Repair suspension, brakes, tires, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Perform a 32-point inspection on every unit.
• Work at a steady pace in a high-volume recon shop.
