Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a hardworking Technical Training Manager for the Customer Service Department to lead the design and delivery of technical training programs. This role will involve developing training for our client’s electric vehicle lineup, including operators, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience (3 years) as a Technical Training Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and adapt to varied environments.
• Experience in developing technical course content and using LMS.
• Certification in training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skill gap analyses and develop technical training courses and materials.
• Coordinate product-related training and demos for new features.
• Oversee LMS implementation, vendor selection and deployment.
• Ensure onboarding and ongoing certification for new hires.
• Measure training effectiveness and gather feedback for improvement.
• Lead and motivate trainers and writers to meet goals.
• Manage training budgets and cross-functional coordination.
