Job summary

RIDE is seeking a dedicated Technical Training Manager to lead the design and delivery of technical training programs for our electric vehicle lineup. You will develop courses for operators, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders, and oversee LMS implementation and trainer performance.

You will collaborate with Customer Service and other teams to measure training impact, gather feedback, manage budgets, and travel as needed to deliver hands-on sessions and ensure product knowledge remains

Qualifications

• Proven 3+ years as Technical Training Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience developing technical course content and materials.
• Knowledge of web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical terms clearly.
• Certified Technical Trainer or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills gap analyses for individuals and teams.
• Develop technical training courses and materials for all levels (beginner to advanced).
• Coordinate product-related training and feature demos in a hands-on environment.
• Oversee LMS implementation, vendor selection and deployment.
• Ensure new hires receive essential training and ongoing certification.
• Monitor training outcomes and gather feedback for improvement.
• Schedule in-house educational sessions and measure post-course performance.
• Act as main communications lead between customers and the Customer Service Department.
• Provide leadership and guidance to training staff to achieve goals.
• Manage customer training queries and coordinate with related departments.
