Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Systems Integration Technician to support development and validation of next-generation electric vehicle systems, bridging hardware and software, building test environments, and troubleshooting complex system issues.

You will collaborate with electrical, software, and systems engineering teams to create development platforms, validate functionality, and diagnose integration challenges throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in vehicle testing and electrical integration.
• Familiarity with Linux command-line tools.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and network schematics.
• Python familiarity for log analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain HIL systems and prototype development platforms.
• Support system validation and functional testing of integrated systems.
• Flash software onto vehicle modules and testing hardware.
• Troubleshoot electrical, network, and integration issues with engineering teams.
• Use vehicle network analysis tools to monitor communications.
• Read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Execute Linux commands and review system logs.
• Reproduce and diagnose issues with software/hardware engineers.
• Track testing activities and validation results using Jira.
• Support prototype vehicle builds and developmental testing.
