Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Senior Vehicle Integration Technician to install, integrate, test, validate, and troubleshoot complex electronic systems in prototype and production-intent vehicles. You will work with HIL systems and lab test racks to verify wiring, configurations, and performance.

The role requires extensive experience in automotive electrical systems, diagnostics, and wiring harnesses, with emphasis on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in automotive electrical/electronic integration or related field.
• Experience installing, integrating, testing, and troubleshooting complex vehicle electronic systems.
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, wiring, grounding, power distribution, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, and configure electronic hardware and systems in vehicles and test environments (prototype and production-intent).
• Perform functional, performance, and safety testing of integrated systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and apply structured troubleshooting methods to identify root causes.
