Qualifications

• 8+ years of automotive technician experience, preferably with hybrid/electric vehicles.
• Hands-on experience with high-voltage EV systems.
• Experienced with OEM time-study procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create and validate repair procedures and time allowances for vehicles.
• Track time allowances for repair procedures using approved software.
• Collaborate with service partners to maintain a labor time guide.
