Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years working in automotive repair at a dealership.
• Proficiency in technical English writing styles and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out replacement and repair time studies following documented processes.
• Work with service information authoring to solidify removal/installation procedures and times for the service manual.
• Document warranty time study information.
• Perform technician tasks by carrying out time studies and documenting the process.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop new and existing technology.
