Job summary

Harbinger is seeking a Service Trainer to design and deliver hands-on EV technician training across our dealer network, traveling up to 50% to multiple sites. You will develop curricula, create labs and manuals, and mentor service staff to uphold Harbinger's safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years as a service technician or trainer, 2+ years with HV EV systems, and strong presentation skills; a High-Voltage Safety certification is required or pending.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years as a Service Technician, Automotive Trainer, or related role.
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience with High Voltage EV systems.
• Must hold or obtain High-Voltage EV Safety certification.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-day EV technician training sessions across dealer network.
• Develop and maintain training curricula, labs, and manuals.
• Assess technician competency with practical and written exams.
• Provide field support and feedback to dealers to drive improvement.
