Job summary

Harbinger is seeking a Service Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve hands-on training for EV technicians across our dealer network. Travel up to 50% will be required to support training centers and sites in the Americas.

The role emphasizes high‑voltage safety, curriculum development, and practical assessments to ensure technicians meet Harbinger’s quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Service Technician, Automotive Trainer, or related technical role.
2+ years of direct experience with High Voltage EV systems and components.
Certification in High‑Voltage EV Safety (OEM/SAE/ASE or similar).

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor‑led EV training sessions across dealer networks and centers.
Develop and update training modules and manuals for new vehicle launches.
Create exams and track technician certification progress in the LMS.
Provide field support to dealer service management and technicians.
Ensure safety and compliance with high‑voltage standards.
