Job summary

Harbinger seeks a seasoned Service Trainer to design, deliver, and optimize hands-on EV technician training across our dealer network in California. You will develop curricula, lead multi-day sessions on HV safety, diagnostics, and EV systems, and drive certification programs.

Travel up to 50% to dealer sites, collaborate with Engineering and Service Operations, and mentor technicians to uphold Harbinger's quality and safety standards in a fast‑growing EV environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Service Technician or Automotive Trainer or related role.
• 2+ years working with or training on High Voltage EV systems.
• Deep understanding of automotive electrical theory and diagnostics.
• Ability to read complex wiring diagrams and service manuals.
• Certification in High‑Voltage EV Safety (or ability to obtain immediately).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver multi-day EV training sessions for technicians.
• Maintain and update training curricula with new Harbinger vehicle launches and field issues.
• Develop practical and written exams to assess technician competency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Service Operations, and Technical Publications teams.
• Provide on-site and remote support, gather dealer feedback to improve content.
