Responsibilities

• Promote understanding of company vision and goals.
• Support launch of Service centers and coordinate with teams.
• Deliver top-tier customer experience and handle inquiries.
• Translate customer service issues into actionable work orders for technicians.
• Communicate estimated completion times and updates to customers.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure proper service.
• Lead continuous improvement activities as needed.
• Adhere to manufacturer warranty guidelines and regulatory requirements.
