Job summary

Mountain States Toyota, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Salesperson to join our Denver team. This role focuses on helping customers find the right vehicle, building relationships, and delivering an outstanding car-buying experience.

You will greet customers, present features, conduct test drives, follow up on leads through CRM, and strive to meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Compensation includes draw plus commission with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or automotive experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software and CRM systems.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain available options and benefits.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers through phone, email, text, and CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed on dealership inventory, promotions, financing, and leasing programs.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experience.
