The role focuses on return analyses for e-PT components (inverter, converter, motor), performing teardown, repair, and root-cause investigations to drive corrective actions. The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of quality tools and PPAP/APQP processes, and the ability to travel up to 10% to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of Electrical/Electronics Application or Test Engineering.
• Experience with Quality Engineering Root Cause Analysis.
• Knowledge of quality systems and APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC.
• Ability to interpret and create electrical schematics.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer warranty center operations, including shipping/receiving returned e-PT components.
• Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and repair/refurbishment of defective parts.
• Validate with chamber/TAS and test End-of-Line equipment.
