Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Electrical/Electronics Application or Test Engineering.
• Experience in quality engineering methodologies.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer’s warranty center operations efficiently.
• Analyze warranty claims to determine root cause of product returns.
• Report quality status using methodologies like 8D and PRTS.
