Job summary
Harbinger is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Program Management Office. You will coordinate and communicate status across our organization for an advanced EV chassis program, reporting to the Director of Engineering Programs.
You will partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing to ensure timely parts release and milestone achievement. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in technical/management roles, strong project management skills, and experience with
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher.
- 3–5 years in a technical/management role in a technical industry.
- Experience with electrical systems or power electronics.
Responsibilities
- Own one or more major subsystems, projects or programs.
- Develop and maintain project plans to launch product improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and cross-functional partners to meet milestones.
- Drive projects to completion by guiding engineering teams and addressing roadblocks.
