Job summary
Harbinger, an American commercial EV company, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support daily production operations and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will be the primary engineering resource for resolving manufacturing issues, optimizing processes, implementing ECOs, and ensuring products are built to specification.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing, automotive, EV, aerospace, or industrial production environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary engineering resource for manufacturing issues impacting safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
- Develop and maintain work instructions, standard work, process flows, PFMEAs, control plans, and documentation.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Support MES, traceability, process controls, and manufacturing system improvements.
