Job summary

Infinite Machine is seeking a Production Manager in Long Island City, NY to own and coordinate manufacturing execution across our EV and accessories line. This hands-on leadership role spans production planning, supplier management, purchasing, and operations, interfacing with engineering, quality, and partners to stay on track.

You will lead production scheduling, coordinate with contract manufacturers and international teams, manage inventories, and drive improvements for scale and cost

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production management, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple suppliers, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Experience working with overseas contract manufacturers and supply chains.
• Strong understanding of production planning, purchasing, supplier management, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading teams or coordinating external resources across different locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production planning and execution, ensuring milestones, schedules, and delivery targets are met.
• Coordinate contract manufacturers and internal teams to ensure material readiness and schedules stay on track.
• Coordinate with key component sub-suppliers to keep spare parts and accessories in stock.
• Manage purchasing, purchase orders, supplier lead times, and production-related logistics.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, supplier delays, and operational risks.
• Build and manage overseas-based manufacturing support resources with clear accountability.
• Track production progress, maintain reporting, and escalate critical issues to leadership.
• Develop scalable production management processes and systems to support increasing volumes.
• Partner with engineering and quality teams to coordinate changes, readiness, and improvements.
