Zusammenfassung

Slate is seeking an experienced Operations Manager, General Assembly, to lead the production team in a fast-paced EV startup. You will own safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives and drive continuous improvement across all General Assembly processes.

You will oversee maintenance, quality and tooling engineering for General Assembly, manage both hourly and salary staff, review expenditures, lead change initiatives, and coordinate project plans with maintenance and engineering for launches

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree. At least 12 years’ experience in operations management in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of plant staff and leadership.
