Job summary

Infinite Machine is hiring a Production Manager to own and coordinate manufacturing execution across our electric vehicle and accessories product line. • 5+ years of experience in production management, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or related roles.
• Experience with overseas contract manufacturers and supply chains.
• Strong production planning, purchasing, and supplier management skills.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production planning and execution, meeting milestones and delivery targets.
• Coordinate contract manufacturers and internal teams to keep schedules on track.
• Coordinate with sub-suppliers to keep critical parts in stock.
• Manage purchasing, POs, supplier lead times, and logistics.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, delays, and risks.
• Oversee overseas-based manufacturing support resources.
• Track progress, reporting, and escalation of critical issues.
• Develop scalable production management processes to support growth.
• Partner with engineering and quality to coordinate changes and improvements.
