Ford Motor Company is seeking a senior strategist toOwn critical projects within the EV Utilities Product Line Performance team in Detroit. You will shape profit-improvement actions and portfolio strategy for Mustang Mach-E, translating learnings into best practices for future EVs and EREVs.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives across Ford Blue, Ford Pro, and Lincoln, presenting insights to senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in strategy, finance, consulting, or product planning.
• 3+ years navigating large matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Drive profit-improvement actions through Product Line Performance workstreams.
• Develop strategy to bolster the EV portfolio and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, and PD.
• Translate Mach-E learnings into repeatable frameworks for future EVs.
• Create compelling presentations for senior leadership.
