Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales, Shipping, and Customer Service to resolve issues, provide quotes, and manage refunds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous sales administration, data entry, order processing, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and oversee daily Amazon and HPAG brand sales orders.
• Monitor pricing, customer info, and processing issues.
• Manage drop-ship orders and coordinate with departments for fulfillment.
• Set up and maintain dealer accounts, including tax certifications.
• Process RMAs, warranties, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
• Maintain HPAG product knowledge and data accuracy across systems.
• Assist with inbound calls and provide customer service support as needed.
