Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Systems Engineering or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and scale manufacturing technology for product programs.
• Lead development of manufacturing technologies, processes, tooling and standards for EV powertrain propulsion systems.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives.
• Plan and lead installation of process automation prototype tooling and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners for testing and validation of tooling.
