Harbinger is seeking an HR Business Partner, Production to advise our operations team and drive people-focused initiatives critical for a high-performance workforce. The role emphasizes manufacturing HR, hourly workforces, and union relations, with a strong focus on compliance and development.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in manufacturing, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. California-based position with competitive benefits and pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with hourly workforces, unionized environments, and labor negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and manufacturing HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership: align HR with production goals and create workforce plans.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: resolve concerns and improve retention for hourly workers.
• Compliance & Policy Enforcement: ensure OSHA, FMLA, EEOC compliance and risk mitigation.
• Workforce Development: drive training and upskilling for hourly workers and management.
• HR Operations: payroll, benefits, performance management, and HR metrics monitoring.
