Harbinger Motors Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Customer Operations, and G&A teams, driving people-focused initiatives for a high-performance workforce. Experience with hourly workers is preferred.

The role includes strategic HR leadership, payroll and benefits oversight, compensation planning, and program management for the manufacturing workforce, with a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of HR experience (3+ managing people).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Analytical or programmatic backgrounds are highly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years managing people.
• Prior partnership with sales or customer facing orgs.
• Consulting or project management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience implementing HR initiatives in diverse cultural environments.
