Job summary

Electrify America is seeking a Construction Project Development Specialist to lead large EV charging project portfolios from site due diligence through commissioning. You will own design, engineering, utility coordination, permitting, construction, and cost forecasting while driving schedule adherence and quality.

The role includes government and incentive project leadership, process improvements, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Years of Relevant Experience: 5-7 minimum years of experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Certification: CAPM or PMP preferred; Primavera or Microsoft Project skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large portfolios of EV charging projects from due diligence to commissioning.
• Drive project performance focusing on schedule, budget, and quality.
• Manage vendors, stakeholders, and external partners for timely completion.
• Support process improvements and campaign activities to enhance customer experience.
