Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years GM or Cadillac dealership flat-rate automotive experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for electrical and drivability issues.
• ASE certifications (A1-A8, L1, or L3) and/or manufacturer certifications preferred; EV/hybrid experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles accurately.
• Use diagnostic tools/software to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Document repair orders and communicate findings with service advisors.
• Maintain productivity in a flat-rate environment.
• Stay current with EV systems and safety protocols.
