Massey Cadillac of Orlando (North), part of the Sonic Automotive family, is actively hiring a Master Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles in a modern service department.

You will work in a flat-rate environment, utilize advanced diagnostic tools, stay current with EV systems, and adhere to safety and quality standards while delivering high-quality workmanship. We offer opportunities for ongoing training and growth within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive dealership repair experience with flat-rate pay.
• ASE A1–A8, L1 or L3 certifications preferred.
• Experience or training in EV/Hybrid systems highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete work according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Accurately document repair orders and communicate findings with service advisors.
• Maintain productivity levels in a flat rate pay structure.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology, including EV systems.
• Follow all safety protocols when working with high-voltage EV components.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
