Job summary

Massey Cadillac of South Orlando, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is hiring a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a high-volume shop. You’ll work in a flat-rate environment with modern equipment and ongoing manufacturer training.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of GM/Cadillac dealership experience, ASE certifications, and strong diagnostic skills. EV/hybrid knowledge is a plus, with air-conditioned bays and a clear path for career growth at a premier dealership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years GM/Cadillac dealership experience.
• ASE certifications (A1-A8, L1, L3) required or manufacturer certifications.
• Experience with EV/hybrid systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a flat-rate environment.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete work to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Document repair orders and communicate findings clearly.
• Maintain productivity in a flat-rate pay structure.
• Stay current with evolving automotive tech, including EV systems.
