CMA's Colonial Auto Center in Virginia is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician with Cadillac/GM expertise. The role emphasizes diagnosing and repairing Cadillac vehicles using OEM tools, with a flat-rate structure and opportunities for advanced training and certification incentives.

The position targets technicians with strong diagnostic abilities, dealership experience, and a proven track record in domestic vehicle repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical and drivability concerns.
• Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to maintain productivity and quality standards in a flat-rate environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Cadillac vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC diagnostics and repairs.
• Utilize OEM diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
• Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Complete repair documentation and inspections thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and management.
• Stay current on GM and Cadillac technologies, repair procedures, and training.
