EV and hybrid systems knowledge is highly valued. Candidates should have ASE certifications, 3+ years of dealership experience, and the ability to work both independently and in a team, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of automotive dealership repair experience.
• ASE certifications (A1–A8, L1, or L3) and/or manufacturer certifications.
• Experience or training in electric and hybrid vehicle systems is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including electrical and drivability concerns.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles efficiently.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete work per dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Document repair orders clearly and communicate findings to advisors.
• Maintain productivity in a flat-rate pay structure and stay current with EV tech.
