Job summary

Massey Cadillac of South Orlando is seeking an experienced Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a high-volume, flat-rate shop. The role includes working on GM/Cadillac products with routine maintenance, complex repairs, and advanced EV system diagnostics.

ASE or manufacturer certifications are preferred, and candidates should have at least 3+ years in a GM/Cadillac dealership environment.

Qualifications

• GM or Cadillac dealership experience of 3+ years.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and document work.
• ASe or manufacturer certifications.
• Experience with EV/hybrid systems preferred.
• Flat-rate productivity and safety emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Document repairs and communicate findings to advisors.
• Maintain productivity in a flat-rate environment.
