• Strong working knowledge of Automotive, General Assembly, Production, Process and Maintenance.
• Experience with continuous improvement systems and process optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the General Assembly Team to achieve safety, quality, continuous improvement, production and profitability targets.
• Oversee maintenance, quality, and tool/process engineering for General Assembly.
• Review daily expenditures, drive cost improvements, and manage change initiatives.
• Coordinate projects with maintenance and engineering, and drive waste elimination.
• Provide coaching and feedback to all employees to meet objectives.
