Responsibilities

• Lead General Assembly to achieve safety, quality, and production targets.
• Support production processes focusing on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Oversee General Assembly personnel including maintenance, quality, and tooling groups.
• Review daily expenditures and resolve anomalies.
• Lead change management and coach employees to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance in audits and drive continuous improvement in metrics.
• Drive launches, cost improvements, and enhance product safety and quality.
• Coordinate project plans with maintenance and engineering.
• Eliminate waste and promote teamwork and proactive problem-solving.
