Job summary

Blackwell Miami Inc seeks an experienced EV Fleet Technician for our Fort Lauderdale shop. This role focuses on high-voltage EV work across Rivian EDVs and electric vans, with diagnostic hours paid and a dedicated bay and lift provided.

You must have real hands-on EV experience, a solid grasp of high-voltage safety, and the ability to pinpoint faults before replacing parts. Own hand tools and a valid driver's license are required; EV certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• High-voltage diagnosis and repair.
• Battery pack service, thermal management, charging system issues.
• EV drivetrain, regenerative braking, electrical diagnostics.
• Full A/C system work: diagnosis, leak detection, compressors, evac and recharge.
• Brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems.
• PM service and DOT inspections.
