Amerit Fleet Solutions in Miami, FL is seeking an EV Technician/Automotive Mechanic to service and retrofit electric autonomous fleet vehicles. You’ll work on electrical, mechanical, and AV systems, performing complex diagnostics and hardware updates.

The role requires 4–8 years of hands-on automotive experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong technical and communication skills. Weekly pay, full benefits, and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

4–8 years of hands-on automotive maintenance and repairs.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, A/C, and AV/EV systems.
Experience with hardware retrofits and AV hardware replacement.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools and shop equipment.
Strong computer skills and aptitude for new tech.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Safety-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Service, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and AV systems in EV/AV fleet vehicles.
Diagnose complex hardware, software, and firmware issues.
Perform hardware retrofits and AV component replacements.
Document work orders with diagnoses and parts used.
Collaborate with engineering/service teams to troubleshoot issues.
Follow safety protocols and ensure quality workmanship.
