Job summary

RIDE Mobility is seeking a qualified Field Service Manager to lead regional field service operations across LA, CA, supervising remote technicians and the service center to ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction.

You will own the P&L for the region, manage work orders and KPIs, and collaborate with Finance and Operations to maintain profitability while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service management or field operations experience in fleet, transit, or commercial equipment industries.
• Experience supervising remote or multi-state field service teams and technicians.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations, supervising remote technicians and coordinating repairs through the service center.
• Manage work orders, job tracking, and service records using CRM systems, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Coordinate technician dispatch, travel schedules, and repair timelines to meet response goals.
• Own the service location's P&L, including labor, materials, warranty claims, and overhead costs.
• Provide regular performance reports and drive process improvements.
