Job summary

Lime Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist for Phoenix, AZ. In this temporary, on-site role, you will deploy and retrieve Lime electric vehicles, engage with the local community, and support safety checks and fleet maintenance.

You must be 21+, hold a valid in-state driver license with a clean record, and be able to lift up to 65 lbs. The position requires flexibility for evenings and weekends. You will work with the Field Support & Mechanics team to ensure smooth operations, proper vehicle

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid in-state driver license and a clean driving record.
• Experience in a similar role with knowledge of the local geography.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs (35 kg) frequently.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van for deployment and retrieval of Lime vehicles.
• Interact with the local community and riders, ensuring safety and addressing issues per SLAs.
• Maintain communications with team members and managers.
• Assist in safety reviews, fleet maintenance, and QA checks on vehicles.
• Support in warehouse flow and city-specific vehicle parking compliance.
