Job summary

Lime is the world’s largest shared micromobility company. We are seeking an Operations Specialist to deploy and retrieve Lime vehicles, support city partnerships, and assist in battery management from our San Francisco area facility.

This full-time night shift runs Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00pm–4:30am, onsite. You will drive vans, perform vehicle maintenance, assist with safety reviews, and engage with communities and city officials.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid in-state driver license and clean driving record.
• Experience in a similar role with knowledge of local geography.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van to deploy and retrieve Lime vehicles.
• Interact with the community to ensure safety and de-escalate when needed.
• Address city requests related to stickers, reflectors and other issues per SLAs.
• Maintain communication with team and shift lead.
• Support battery management and perform preventive vehicle maintenance.
• Monitor zones to ensure proper parking and tidiness per city rules.
