Lime is seeking Mechanics to maintain our fleet of shared vehicles in Phoenix. This contracted role supports the largest micromobility fleet and offers opportunities to perform a range of repairs and battery operations while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will work with a team to ensure high vehicle uptime and documentation of procedures, with shifts including evenings and weekends. Must be 18+, able to lift 65 lbs, and familiar with mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a similar industry preferred.
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs (35 kg) frequently.
• Knowledge of mobile apps; iOS experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience operating a pallet jack or push cart.
• Strong problem-solving and quick repair skills.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and daily task management.
• Safety-minded with rigorous quality checks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Ensure fleet compliance and complete quality checks for deployment.
• Perform repairs from basic maintenance to complex electronic part replacement.
• Follow safety procedures to keep Lime riders safe.
• Manage battery operations including inspection, rotation, and check-in/out.
• Document completed quality checks for vehicles and parts.
• Support inventory management and organization of tools, parts, and vehicles.
• Assist with tire maintenance including changes and inflation.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the warehouse.
• Maximize operational vehicles by completing tasks efficiently.
• Safely operate a pallet jack or push cart; take on additional related tasks.
