Job summary

Renewable Properties, LLC seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead the construction of our EV fleet depot and high-power charging infrastructure from pre-construction through commercial operation. You will collaborate with engineers, lawyers, contractors, utilities, landowners and investors to deliver scalable charging solutions for AV and EV fleet operators.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in EV charging infrastructure or fleet/depot development.
• Experience with design, permitting, procurement and construction of EV/AV charging facilities.
• Experience negotiating contracts and coordinating with utilities and AHJs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with vendors and contractors for EV depot/charging projects.
• Lead RFP processes to obtain quality partners at favorable prices.
• Coordinate site layouts, charging bays, queuing, canopies and support structures.
• Support customer negotiations and project updates with strong communication.
• Manage EPC contracts with vendors and partners to meet budgets and timelines.
• Oversee construction progress and interconnection activities for high-power loads.
• Assist in providing information to investors and update stakeholders via project platforms.
• Help develop construction budgets and metrics for project execution.
• Travel for pre-construction site visits and progress monitoring.
